As many of you are aware of the recent Hurricane Sandy's destructive path through the Northeastern United States and its devastation to so many families, properties and businesses. IIL's thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by Sandy. As a result of the storm there are widespread issues with Internet interconnectivity. Question about PERT

PERT, or three points estimates, means "PROGRAM Evaluation and Review Technique". There are 3 estimates for each task: Optimistic, Pessimistic, and Most Likely. The formula is a must know!

A very straightforward question could be like this:

Given the following estimates: Optimistic 3 days, Pessimistic 9 days, and most likely 6 days, what is the PERT weighted average?

A. 6.1

B. 6.3

C. 6

D. 4
